Career Outcomes
Diploma of Quality Auditing comprises of 12 units of competency, including 4 core and 8 specialty units. Core units cover disciplines such as participating in, initiating, leading and reporting on quality audits, and identifying and interpreting compliance requirements. Specialty units may include evaluation and review of compliance requirements, and working within compliance frameworks.
The Diploma of Quality Auditing is delivered over a period of 12 months. It can be completed as part of a full-time or part-time study load, and provides students with the opportunity to complete their qualification online from anywhere in Australia.
The course is designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge and practical experience needed to work as a quality auditor. It covers the principles of auditing and evaluation, including specific competencies such as understanding risk management principles and identifying compliance requirements.
Individuals with a Diploma of Quality Auditing career outcomes include quality inspector, quality engineer, quality technician, and quality analyst. With experience and additional training, individuals may also be able to pursue careers such as auditor or consultant.
